§ 100. Mr. Geoffrey Finsbergasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether, in his considerations leading to his permitting British European Airways Air Tours to buy second-hand American aeroplanes rather than British ones, he came to the conclusion that British European Airways Air Tours was a suitable operation for a public corporation to undertake; and if he will now consider its disposal along with that of Thomas Cook and Son.
§ Mr. NobleI took these matters into account in approving B.E.A. Airtours' purchase of aircraft. I have no plans for the disposal of the company.
