asked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many housing starts were made by Oldham County Borough Council and Chadderton Urban District Council during the last six months of 1970.

In the last six months of 1970 Oldham County Borough Council started 135 dwellings. Chadderton Urban District Council started none.
