HC Deb 02 February 1971 vol 810 c307W
65 and 66. Mr. Milne

asked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) what was the amount paid during 1970 in social security and health service benefits to persons earning in excess of £2,000 per annum; and if he will make a statement;

(2) if he will undertake a survey on the number of people earning in excess of £2,000 per annum who are receiving social security and health service benefits; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Dean

The information requested about payments is not available and a special survey would not be justified.
