Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how much of the fines due for payment in 1967 of £2,921,000, in 1968 of £3,749,625 and in 1969 of £4,759,051 were fines imposed in the courts covering the area of the East London boroughs in general and the London Borough of Newham in particular.
