§ 58. Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will give further details of the reasons why, in view of the fact that he received a letter from Mr. A. G. Hughes on 16th or 19th October, 1970 relating to the Companies Acts, he had not replied to this by 14th January when a further request for an acknowledgment or answer was sent; and whether he will ensure that replies are sent to correspondence which he receives.
