§ Mr. Brayasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will seek powers to enable him to prevent the transmission of funds from the United Kingdom in cases where he judges them to be for the benefit of revolutionary groups acting against a foreign country with whom Great Britain has friendly relations, or where he judges the interests of Commonwealth countries are being adversely affected by the activities of such groups.
