§ Mr. Leonardasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what were the 308W gross value aggregates in April, 1971, corresponding to the rateable values given in Appendix D, page 21, of Circular 84/71, Local Government Reorganisation in England: Functions Areas and Names; and what percentage change is expected to occur in these gross and rateable value figures at the 1973 revaluation.
§ Mr. Graham PageThere are no equivalent gross value aggregates because gross values are not determined for the many properties which are assessed direct to net annual value. It is too early to give any estimate of the effects of the 1973 revaluation.
