§ Dr. Dickson Mabonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when housing cost yardsticks were last increased and by what percentage; when he next intends to make a further increase and by how much; and if he will make a statement on the position in Scotland, bearing in mind recent decisions on these matters taken by the Government affecting other parts of the United Kingdom.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe Scottish housing indicative costs have been increased twice this year, by 7 per cent. in April and 5 per cent. in October. They will continue to be kept under review and revised as necessary.
