§ Mr. Spearingasked the Lord President of the Council if he will ensure that in future Recesses at least one place of refreshment will be open in the middle part of the day for use by the staff of the Palace of Westminster.

The Catering Sub-Committee intends to open the staff canteen in Westminster Hall throughout the coming Summer Recess.
