§ Mr. Peter ThomasI have been informed by the Director of the National 337W Coastal Rescue Training Centre of the resolution by the Water Safety Conference held in Port Talbot in November to set up a Welsh Advisory Council on Beach and Water Safety. In my reply I have offered the attendance of one of my officials as an observer at the first meeting of the new council.
