§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have received no representations on this subject from the Forth Road Bridge Joint Board since in August, 1970, it proposed to me that the approach roads to the Forth Bridge should be trunk roads, and that their cost should be excluded from the sum recoverable from tolls. I then replied that I saw no justification for reopening the questions of the classification of these roads, and of financial liability for their cost. I am still of that view.
