asked the Minister of State for Defence whether he will make a statement on the forthcoming visit by the Secretary of State for Defence to Portsmouth Dockyard.

As part of his programme of visits to Service establishments in the United Kingdom, my right hon. and noble Friend plans to visit Portsmouth tomorrow to see installations and H.M. ships and to meet Service and civilian personnel in the Royal Naval Dockyard.
