§ Mr. DeanWhere the Supplementary Benefits Commission becomes aware that a rent addition is not being used to pay the rent, it takes whatever steps within its power that may be necessary. In the last resort, the rent may be paid direct to the landlord if this seems necessary to protect the interests of the tenant or his dependants.
