§ Mr. Blakerasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will arrange for the proposed increase in fees for English-speaking schools in Hong Kong to be spread over a period of years.
§ Mr. Anthony RoyleThe Salaries Commission which reported on 19th July has made recommendations bearing on this matter. It has accordingly been necessary for the Hong Kong Government to postpone the introduction and implementation of the proposed increase in fees.
