§ Mr. WoodA loan agreement was signed yesterday in Ankara under which Britain is to lend Turkey £6.7 millions for the supply of British equipment and services for the construction of fertiliser plant. This project will have an im152W portant place in Turkey's development programme. The new loan is provided as part of Britain's continuing aid to Turkey as a member of the O.E.C.D.'s Aid to Turkey Consortium.
