§ Sir K. JosephAll retirement pensioners, including those in the inner London area, will be helped by the substantial increases in pensions and other benefits which will take place in September. I also intend to remind local authorities and other local agencies of the importance of co-ordinated arrangements to deal with particular cases at risk because of poor heating.
