§ Mr. Peter WalkerI do not need further powers. However, I am awaiting a report from the National Industrial Fuel Efficiency Service on emissions from various individual processes including foundries, and in the light of this I shall decide whether to make further use of my powers under Section 2 of the Clean Air Act, 1968.
