§ Mr. Sillarsasked the Secretary of State for Employment what is the estimated number of grades of staff employed in the private sector hotel and licensed trades, including public houses and if he will give, insofar as they are available to him, the rates of pay in all cases, the grades which are not covered by a pension scheme and employee entitlement to holidays and sick leave with pay.
