§ 52. Sir G. Nabarroasked the Attorney-General whether he will refer to the Director of Public Prosecutions on grounds of obscenity and pornography the sex film by Dr. Martin Cole entitled, "Growing Up", with a view to instituting proceedings.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThere is at present no evidence before me to suggest that any criminal offence may have been committed under the Cinematograph Act, 1952, or the Obscene Publications Acts, 1959 and 1964. If any such evidence is sent to me, I will certainly ask the Director of Public Prosecutions to consider it.
