§ Mr. AmeryThere is no evidence to show that the total number of voluntary liquidations in 1970 was in excess of the average for the last five years. I am satisfied that, despite the loss of four large Scottish building firms during the past two years, the capacity of the industry in Scotland remains fully adequate to meet the construction programme.
