§ Mr. Brewisasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what plans he has for speeding up the decontrol of houses which qualify for fair rents under the Housing (Scotland) Act, 1969.
§ Mr. Gordon CampbellI have made an order bringing forward from 1st January, 1972, to 1st July, 1971, the date on which Rent Officers can be asked to fix fair rents for houses with a rateable value of less than £30 for which qualification certificates have been issued.
