§ Mr. Scott-Hopkinsasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether she will take steps to implement paragraph 10 of Recommendation 61 of the Council of Europe, on the problems arising, out of the use of live animals for experimental or industrial purposes.
§ Mrs. ThatcherRecommendation 621 has not yet been considered by the Ministers' Deputies of the Council of Europe and the question of implementation in this country does not yet arise.
