Mr. Thomas Coxasked the Secretary of State for Social Services in view of the recently increased costs of lighting and heating which retired pensioners now face, whether he will now make arrangements to introduce as from the autumn of this year a special financial allowance for these items to cover the autumn and winter months of each year.
