asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Chief Constable of the West Yorkshire Constabulary as to the number of crimes committed in the West Yorkshire Constabulary 174W area for the six months ended 31st May, 1970, how many were listed as crimes of violence, and the numbers for the same period for 1964, 1966, 1968, and 1969.
