§ Mr. Patrick JenkinThe adhesives on O.H.M.S. envelopes are up to commercial standards and generally satisfactory in use. However, I am having recent complaints investigated. If other hon. Members have evidence of defective adhesive128W on O.H.M.S. envelopes perhaps they would write to me. Self-sealing envelopes are supplied when the extra cost can be justified.
