§ Sir Alec Douglas-HomeI am urgently considering the whole question of dealing with disasters. The proposal to establish a world disaster stockpile is very relevant to this exercise. We intend to do all we can to hasten the process of international discussion and to help achieve an effective result. We will be consulting other Governments.
