Mr. Ron Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will publish the names of the members serving on the various committees associated with the Carlisle State Management Scheme.

changes in the State Management Scheme in Carlisle; and if he will publish them.

Since 1962 representations for changes in the organisation and structure of the scheme have been received from the Carlisle and District State Management Advisory Committee, the Magistrates' Association and the Carlisle branch of the Young Conservatives. My right hon. Friend has received no such representations since 18th June, 1970.
