asked the Attorney-General if he will refer to the National Board for Prices and Incomes charges made by solicitors in connection with transactions under the Leasehold Reform Act, 1967.

The Attorney-General

Solicitors' charges for work done in connection with transactions under the Leasehold Reform Act, 1967 are governed by the ordinary rules relating to non-contentious business. Solicitors' remuneration is already under review by the National Board for Prices and Incomes whose next Report is expected early next year.
