Mr. S. C. Silkin

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will give such figures as are available to his Department, or obtainable without disproportionate cost, of the number of persons who have been, respectively, indicted and convicted during the longest possible recent period on charges of riotous assembly and unlawful assembly, respectively.
