Mr. Robert Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what investigations Her Majesty's Government have undertaken into the case of Mr. Benjamin Ramotse who, having been kidnapped in Botswana, was taken to Rhodesia where he was detained and tortured and then taken to South Africa to face trial.
