asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what recent discussions he has held with the Republic of Ireland Government about the renegotiation of the Anglo-Eire Trade Agreement.

As my right hon. Friend the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster told the hon. Member for Wythenshawe (Mr. Alfred Morris) on 13th July the working of the Agreement is kept under constant review and we are in regular contact with the Government of the Irish Republic on this matter.—[Vol. 803, c. 121.]
