§ Mr. Gordon CampbellThe text of a speech I made in Aberdeen on 6th November, relating to the proposals in the White Paper on Investment Incentives, was given to the Press. Otherwise I cannot identify any official press notice that might answer the hon. Member's description.
It is not normal practice for press notices to be sent to hon. Members other than to those who are working journalists and who have requested this service. Copies of all press notices issued by the Scottish Information Office are, however, sent to the headquarters of the main political parties.
