Mr. Tugendhat

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what arrangements have been made for the publication of the interim report of the Review Board for Government Contracts.

Mr. Maurice Macmillan

The Board made its report on the interim review to the Government and the Confederation of British Industry on 31st July. The report was published by Her Majesty's Stationery Office on 28th August, 1970. I have arranged for a copy of this report, together with a copy of the Board's Annual Report, to be placed in the House of Commons Library.
