§ Mr. Anthony StodartMy right hon. Friend and I are satisfied that under existing legislation any necessary conservation measures can be introduced. There are already minimum length provisions among some of the current restrictions, and these are more useful as conservation measures and more easily enforced than weight restrictions. However if my hon. Friend has a specific problem in mind he might care to write to me.
