§ Mrs. ThatcherAt the beginning of this Parliament the primary and secondary school building programmes for England and Wales, at constant prices, stood at £171 million, £186 million and £160.5 million for 1970–71, 1971–72 and 1972–73. The first two figures are unchanged: the third has been increased to £186 million.
