§ Mr. Laurance Reedasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry what will be the annual royalty income from exploitation of North Sea gas assuming a daily flow rate of 3,000 million cubic feet.
§ Mr. RidleyWe estimate that when supplies reach an average rate of 3,000 MM c.f.d. the royalty payable will be around £10 million per annum. The actual amount will, of course, depend on a number of factors.
