Mr. Goldingasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications whether he has considered paragraph 198 of the Report for 1969–70 of the Committee of Public Accounts; and whether he will make a statement on the steps he intends to take to ensure an independent scrutiny of the annual accounts of the Post Office public corporation.
