§ Mr. Hamlingasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science whether she will now publish a White Paper indicating 466W anticipated total expenditure on educational services by the central Government and local authorities, both current and capital, in the various sectors, primary, secondary, further and higher education, for each of the next four years.
