§ Mr. Gordon CampbellAs my right hon. Friend told the House on 27th October, the charges are expected, on a Great Britain basis, to bring in £1 million in a full year when fully implemented. Until there has been discussion of the various factors with the trustees of the Scottish institutions I would prefer not to make any precise estimate.
