§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Technology if he will seek to provide increased investment incentive designed to extend Scotland's trade overseas.
§ Mr. Varley:I see no reason to increase the 40 per cent. rate of investment grant payable in Scotland and the other development areas to the manufacturing sector which makes the greatest contribution to overseas trade.
