§ Mr. Shore:Negotiations with the trade union side were opened at a meeting of the Joint Co-ordinating Committee on 27th May. There was a useful exhange of views, based on the recommendations in N.B.P.I. Report No. 146. A formal offer is now being made for consideration by the trade unions concerned.
