Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications why he will not direct the British Broadcasting Corporation to refrain from broadcasting matter which encourages illegal betting and evading betting duty; and whether he will refer details supplied to him of the offences committed by the British Broadcasting Corporation to the Department of Customs and Excise and other appropriate authorities for legal action to be taken.
