asked the Minister of Transport why the Report of the Worboys Committee has not yet been fully implemented in view of the fact that the regulations for the conversion of road signs came into force on 1st January, 1965.

Mr. Mulley:

The report is being implemented as quickly as possible within the limits of the funds available.
