§ Mr. Juddasked the Minister of Public Building and Works whether he will make a statement on his recent official visit to Portsmouth.
§ Mr. John Silkin:I was able to discuss our future programme with the Portsmouth City Council, which does not foresee any major difficulties over its implementation. I also took the opportunity of my visit to have an exchange of views with representatives of the staff, both non-industrial and industrial, and to meet some of the senior staff in the M.P.B.W.'s South-East Region.
