asked the Secretary of State for Wales how many ratepayers have been affected by the rate rebate scheme in the last full year in each of the following local authority areas, namely, Bangor Borough Council, Conway Borough Council, Bethesda Urban District Council, Betws-y-Coed Urban District Council, Llandudno Urban District Council, Llanfairfechan Urban District Council, Penmaenmawr Urban District Council, Nant Conway Rural District Council, and Ogwen Rural District Council, respectively; what is the total amount in rebates; and how this compares with the amount under the Rating (Interim Relief) Act, 1964.
