asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will now give his consent under Section 3(3) of the Public Order Act, 1936 to an order prohibiting for three months the holding of public processions in the Metropolis, designed to disrupt or prevent the lawful activities of citizens or to molest or seek to intimidate those participating therein or the general public in the vicinity thereof.
