HC Deb 07 May 1970 vol 801 c190W
Mr. Tudor Watkins

asked the Secretary of State for Wales what is the present position regarding the future use of the Crickhowell Hospital; and which councils have indicated to him that they are interested in the grounds and buildings.

Mr. George Thomas:

Breconshire County Council has decided to acquire the grounds and buildings for health and welfare purposes and the district valuer has been asked by the Welsh Hospital Board for a preliminary report. No other local authorities have expressed any interest in the property.
