HC Deb 26 March 1970 vol 798 c457W
13. Mr. Alexander W. Lyon

asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what study she has made of the recent report by the Society of Labour Lawyers, a copy of which is in her possession, on industrial safety; and what conclusion she has reached.

Mr. Harold Walker

Although my right hon. Friend is still considering the detailed terms of reference of the inquiry into the prevention of accidents and ill-health at work, which she announced in the House on 2nd March, it is clear that many of the interesting and very far-reaching proposals made in the report to which my hon. Friend refers will be within its scope.
