Mr. David Howell

asked the Minister of Public Building and Works if he will state the date on which contracts were let and the date of completion of the new headquarters of the National Savings Bank at Cowglen, Glasgow, and the actual or estimated total cost of this building to public funds, showing separately the cost of land.

Mr. John Silkin
