asked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity what percentage of the total unemployed are unemployed building workers.

At 10th February, 1970, 624,175 persons were registered as unemployed in Great Britain. Of these, 20.9 per cent. last worked in Construction (minimum list heading 500 of the Standard Industrial Classification).
